For what I have seen once attending if Olwen. I dont think you can improve on anything. Everyone is as caring and kind you all do a good job, I find it is spotless there and lovely fresh flowers on tables to be commanded. Thank you all. When my time comes it will be lovely to end my days there.

l dont think you can improve your service.It was an eye opener for my wife who was is the patient and myself.It was a very excellent one hour and quater meeting in which my wife and myself learned again.Keep up the good work.
